Description
Manage the full lifecycle of luxury home construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Lead all project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Act as the primary liaison between the client, architects, designers, and internal teams.
Maintain strict adherence to timelines and budgets while ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.
Supervise site personnel and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Provide regular updates to ownership and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the build process.
Profile
7 years of experience in high-end residential construction, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
Proven track record managing complex luxury builds exceeding $10M in value.
Strong understanding of custom finishes, modern construction techniques, and architectural design intent.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Local market knowledge of West Palm Beach and surrounding high-net-worth communities preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the range of $130,000-$180,000 (depending on experience).
