Your mission:

As a pre-employment scheduler, your primary responsibility will be to create a detailed schedule for candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting all interactions with clients and preparing accurate charts. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and customers, whether they walk into our office or call us. You should be able to schedule candidates for testing, handle any walk-in candidates, collect payments, and manage busy situations in a friendly and controlled manner.

Specific responsibilities:

  • In this job, you will be responsible for answering and managing multiple phone lines throughout the day. To excel in this role, you should have good computer skills, including typing speed and experience with Google Suite, Word, and Google Documents/Sheets. You must possess excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with patients, candidates, doctors, companies, or other referral sources.You will need to maintain an organized workflow and be able to solve any problems that arise while ensuring that patients and candidates flow smoothly through the office. Additionally, you will need to maintain a professional demeanor at all times when communicating with doctors, companies, or other referral sources.Maintaining an organized work area and writing legibly is also essential for this role. Your primary responsibility will be to help ensure that the flow of patients and other customers runs smoothly.

Required qualifications:

  • To be eligible for the job, you should be able to type at least 40 to 50 words per minute and have experience in using software such as Gmail, Word, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs. You must possess excellent phone etiquette and be capable of documenting phone calls, routing phone calls, and handling customers at the front desk with a pleasant and friendly attitude. Additionally, you should have excellent attention to detail and a low error rate. You should also have the ability to take constructive criticism and possess a strong work ethic. Punctuality and a flexible schedule are also essential.

Planned salary and other compensations:

Salary is dependent upon your performance record and experience. We offer paid time off and paid holidays. Health insurance is an HRA (Health Reimbursement Account) and we offer a Simple IRA after one year of full-time service.
