Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Develop and implement document filing system.
- Data entry to include AR/AP and other clerical duties as assigned
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members to optimize productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Organize company events, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Manage lead generation to include incoming and outgoing calls, email, and text followups to schedule intitial appointments
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Foster a positive office culture through effective communication and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment is essential.
