What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of logistics associates, optimizing workflows and coordinating operational demands
- Identify talent development opportunities and oversee the recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation of logistics personnel
- Implement and maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring comprehensive training on company policies and procedures
- Ensure full OSHA compliance across all shifts through consistent application of safety protocols
- Facilitate professional communication between production, shipping, warehouse, and delivery departments
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated commitment to people-centered leadership
- Interest in expanding your knowledge of fulfillment operations and warehouse management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational abilities and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods as required
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Commitment to following established company practices and procedures
- Flexibility to work additional hours as operational needs require
- Consistent attendance and punctuality record
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency (advantageous but not required)
