Caring Professionals Wanted - Married Couples

Milton Hershey School is seeking caring professionals who are passionate about supporting families and nurturing young people. As Residential Youth Caregivers, you will work alongside your spouse to create a safe and supportive environment for students. Your role will involve overseeing daily activities, providing emotional support, and managing logistical tasks for a group of 8-12 students.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
• Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
• Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Age 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
