What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couple Support Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We offer a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing our caregivers to balance their work and personal time effectively. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. Additionally, the couple will enjoy three-week paid summer vacation. Required qualifications include high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and candidates must demonstrate a willingness to lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
