Couples Employment for Student Mentors

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Valid driver's licenses are required, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate high integrity, as all staff members are role models for our students. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
