Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for 8-12 students, administering daily needs, participating in community activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel services. To qualify for this position, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, legally married for at least two years, and have a valid driver's license. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
