Job Description
As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide a nurturing and family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and creating a supportive atmosphere. You will be part of a unique team that takes pride in making a positive impact on students' lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and have valid driver's licenses.
