Family-Centered Environment

As a flex family caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you'll create a nurturing environment for students, helping them develop into capable young adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop a daily routine that promotes growth and development
• Engage students in educational activities and hobbies
• Collaborate with other staff members to address student needs

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
