The Role
As a House Parent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will create a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
