We offer an exceptional compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approx. $150,000 per couple) plus additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.

In addition, we provide relocation assistance and paid training to help you succeed in your role as a residential youth caregiver. The schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school, and a three-week paid summer vacation.
