Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school providing an exceptional education to disadvantaged students in pre-K through 12th grade. We are seeking married couples to join our team as House Parents, playing a vital role in guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
This dynamic duo will reside in on-campus homes, creating a family-like environment that encourages personal growth and development. As House Parents, you will be responsible for daily responsibilities, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
