Your Qualifications:
To be successful as a flex houseparent couple, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
