Summary:
This role will be responsible for launching and administering a new CRM platform. The CRM Data Manager will support and enhance CRM efforts throughout the organization, focusing on the day-to-day needs of the following groups: ticket sales, business development, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and administration for the CRM database including user management, data hygiene, and data manipulation.
- Champion data accuracy and data quality. Constantly scrub (merge/purge) CRM.
- Act as the internal champion and trainer for CRM with a focus on enabling efficiencies for end users, increasing revenue opportunities, and providing greater value to our customers.
- Build, maintain and improve management of CRM administration and analysis:
- Assist vendor implementations that tie directly to CRM.
- Create and maintain workflows that optimize sales processes.
- Create and maintain campaigns, opportunities, and leads.
- Work with relevant teams to develop and implement strategy for lead generation.
- Proactively engage with sales and marketing leadership to define and document opportunities to improve the platform.
- Work with the IT staff to integrate 3rd party software as needed.
- Follow organizational change standard methodologies when adding or changing CRM software features and including IT change control collaboration and formal user training, and life cycle user support.
- Work with the IT staff to ensure high level of uptime for the CRM software and its APIs used for software-to-software data import and export and any functional integrations. E.g., CRM data ingestion into the Bucks datalake.
- Collaborate with IT Support and Productivity staff to realize the highest levels of CRM utilizations with a Mobile First and Cloud First mentality.
- Ensure efficiency and proper usage of CRM.
- Enhance organizational data literacy
- Other tasks, as assigned by VP, Business Strategy & Analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of Business experience.
- Minimum of 1 year CRM administration experience.
- High-level of dedication to a quality work product with a good attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to be a great partner with key constituents as appropriate.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed given the nature of the sports and entertainment business.
