Mission Steel Fabrication is looking for a new Structural Steel Project Manager to join our team. We’re a Metal Fabrication and Machining Company that produces anything from small precision components to massive structural members. A Project Manager at Mission Steel is responsible for keeping track of their assigned projects, ensuring the production process is smooth and product is delivered to our valued customers on time and without issue. Our Project Managers are the bridge between our customers and production. We’re looking for a person who is motivated, attentive, organized, and has great multi-tasking and communication skills.
This position is geared towards structural steel fabrication.
Qualifications
· Project Coordinator/Manager experience required. 5 years preferred
· Experience with the structural steel fabrication process required
· Ability to read shop drawings/blueprints is required
· Familiarity with the estimation process is a major plus
· Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and general everyday office tasks
· Strong organizational and scheduling skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and as a team player in a group setting
· Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to sudden changes

· Hours: 8:00 – 4:30pm
· Pay Rate is based on experience
· Office is located in Redlands, CA (San Bernardino County)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
