Student Transportation Coordinator

About the Role:

The Ride Management Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student transportation services. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing schedules for drivers and buses
• Coordinating with schools and drivers to resolve issues and concerns
• Developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and safety
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in student transportation or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• A valid Class B CDL with S and P endorsements
