JOB BRIEF
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all aspects the physical integrity of the community at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with the property manager to prioritize and schedule daily service requests and assign them to appropriate service technician.
· Ensure service requests are completed in the most timely and efficient way possible.
· Routinely check on maintenance staff to ensure they are working in the most efficient, timely, and safe manner.
· Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and property owned tools/equipment.
· Create and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
· Create and manage on call schedules for the maintenance department.
· Perform all duties expected of a maintenance technician.
Requirements
· Experienced with AC Repair and installation.
Appliance Repair
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Skilled at troubleshooting.
· Good communication skills.
· Ability to effectively research issues and find solutions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lead others.
· Skilled at prioritizing and scheduling.
· Organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
