- Must currently live in the Chattanooga area or have concrete plans to move within the next 2 months.
- Life Producer License and Health/Accident Producer License must be attained before the start date. However, we will assist you through the process and provide some reimbursement for the costs.
Training
In the classroom, and the field, our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their time-tested formula that led to their direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are examples of the professional mentoring you will receive. Our training program is around 13 weeks, but we find the best way to learn is to get to it. Our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks, giving them the ability to start building a book of business as soon as possible.
