Accounts Receivable Administrator

Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time AR Administrator to join our team in Alliance, Ohio.
You will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services, processing incoming payments, and monitoring and following up on overdue accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a precise record of all incoming payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Reconciliation of any irregularities in receipts
- Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other staff to ensure accuracy
- Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
- Assist in collections and cash applications
- Enter labor hours into the accounting software
Education/Experience:
- Two-year degree or better in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
- 1-5 years’ experience is preferred
- Proficient with Excel and Word required
- Experience with Great Plains Account Software a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
