Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This position requires working Monday thru Friday in our busy Case Control Center, working on the telephone and in taking medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime between the hours of 8am to 9pm. Scheduling conflicts must be discussed pre-hire and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm shifts are awarded based on seniority and are not available when starting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Vetting the legal claims of prospective clients
- Intaking medical malpractice and nursing home claims
- Handle certain aspect of the legal intake process
- Resolve problems and handle client’s issues in a professional manner
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Good Computer Skills
- Must be passionate about helping people and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task, learn fast, and work in a virtual team environment while being self-sufficient and able to work with little to no supervision.
- Must have excellent telephone skills and the ability to conduct conversations with empathy and professionalism while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm with an optimistic attitude
- Reliable, Punctual and dependable
- Bilingual is a plus!
This position is a Work From Home position:
- Must be able to training in Longwood, FL for two-three weeks
- Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc).
- Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test, 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training.
