Mountain View Post Acute is looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Nurse (RN or LVN). The pay range is $34-$48/hr., depending on experience. Must have experience in skilled nursing and proficient in working with Point Click Care.

The Quality Assurance Licensed Vocational Nurse (QA LVN) is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care through monitoring, evaluating, and improving nursing practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of patient care documentation and practices
- Identify areas for improvement in nursing care and develop action plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in quality assurance committee meetings and contribute to quality improvement projects
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on quality assurance measures
- Assist in the development and revision of nursing policies and procedures
- Investigate and report on incidents or complaints related to patient care
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities
- Experience in quality assurance or quality improvement preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office suite
