Job Title: Office Administrator – Dental Practice

Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our practice. Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of our dental practice, ensuring smooth workflow, superior patient service, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental administration, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to coordinate a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring seamless patient scheduling, check-in/out, and appointment management.

- Maintain accurate patient records, including patient receivables.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and coordination of treatment plans.

- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, insurance companies, and patients with administrative inquiries.

- Optimize office processes to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

- Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment and ensure timely reordering.

- Handle patient financial arrangements, including treatment plan discussions and financing options.

- Assist with marketing initiatives to grow the patient base and promote the practice.

- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office administration, preferably in a practice specializing in implants and prosthetics.

- Experience with CareStack practice management software preferred, but will train.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- High level of professionalism and discretion.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of Idaho dental practice regulations and HIPAA compliance.
