RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Insurance office looking for assistant 2 to 4 days a week
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, proposals & informational fliers
- Answering or direct phones & emails professionally
- Process commissions, creating proposals, and review medical claims
- Organization of files in paper and electronically accurately and efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as all typical office equipment
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
- Capable of working independently
