Due to a recent promotion, the Mt. Prospect Park District is looking for a part-time/IMRF Human Resource Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This position is pension-eligible with the IMRF (Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund). The PT-IMRF H.R. Assistant can expect to work an average of 25 hours per week (not to exceed 1,500 hours per year), primarily Monday through Friday, from approximately 9am until 2:30pm.
The pay range for the PT-IMRF H.R. Assistant is $20-$23 per hour, depending on qualifications. Plus, we offer some benefits including IMRF/pension benefits, paid time off, park district facility discounts and usage benefits, 457 deferred compensation plan, and vision discount program (VSP).
