We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing efforts while managing and holding external agencies accountable. In this role, you will track KPIs, ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, and manage marketing deliverables such as email campaigns, social media, and ad performance. This position is crucial for driving results and aligning marketing strategies with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing agencies.
- Ensure agencies deliver campaigns and projects on time, within budget, and in line with company standards.
- Hold agencies accountable by tracking performance and conducting regular reviews.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across email marketing, social media, paid ads, and overall campaign ROI.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports.
- Execution Oversight:
- Ensure email marketing campaigns are well-designed, scheduled, and executed to maximize engagement.
- Manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality posts and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Marketing Calendar Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, emails, and ad launches are aligned and executed on time.
- Budget Oversight:
- Track and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns stay within financial guidelines.
- Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI across all channels.

- Experience:
3–5 years in marketing coordination, operations, or a similar role.
Expected Salary:
- $70,000–$85,000 annually for candidates with 3–5 years of experience.
- Negotiable for candidates with advanced skills in analytics or project management.
