As a Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Manager
Customer Interaction
- Actively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic visits to customer locations to uphold service standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with the Sales Team on project coordination and new product/service rollouts.
- Work with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to optimize account management.
- Monitor customer profitability, including revenue, margins, and product substitutions.
- Improve delivery routing for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Operational Responsibilities of the Regional Manager
Service & Installation Management
- Oversee new installations, removals, and service calls, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Track completion of scheduled service calls and address unresolved issues promptly.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Maintain stock levels for products, parts, and equipment.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile truck inventory.
- Manage product transfers and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of equipment.
Employee Management
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance with HR policies.
- Conduct performance reviews and enforce company policies.
- Monitor employee workload, overtime, and timekeeping using Paylocity and Samsara software.
- Ensure driver safety policy compliance and review incident reports.
Fleet Management
- Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.
- Assign vehicles efficiently and ensure Samsara software functionality.
Requirements
