Field Service Dispatcher Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of dispatching is a service industry
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and can handle high-pressured situations
Field Service Dispatcher Strongly Preferred Experience:
A strong mechanical aptitude
Spanish speaking skills
Field Service Dispatcher Role Responsibilities:
Supervise generator and engine repairs in the field
Schedule technicians to expedite repairs
Coordinate parts orders and component repair
Monitor field service expenses and technician overtime
Address customer complaints and concerns
Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders
