Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Every other Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a Diesel Repair Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diesel truck repair, a solid understanding of the industry, and a strong ability to manage day-to-day shop operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both customer interactions and internal operations with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the repair shop.
• Coordinate and supervise repair technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide estimates, and explain repair processes.
• Maintain a well-organized work environment to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure that safety and compliance standards are always met.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a growing team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in diesel truck repair.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to speak clearly with customers and staff.
• Strong work ethic, dedication, and a willingness to grow with the company.
• Experience managing a team or shop operations is a plus.
