Duties:
- You will design, implement, and improve standard supply chain processes to support the Command.
- You will interpret, develop, and train on policy for supply chain management.
- You will provide team leadership and managing projects to improve Command supply chain management.
- You will develop and document guidance and provide training to ensuring efficient and effective Supply Chain Management process.
Experience:
- Navy Supply Chain Management operations.
- Department of Navy warehouse management.
- Extract, Analyze and Interpret complex metrics.
- Clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
- Develop policy and procedures for enterprise.
- Advance knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Access.
Condition of Employment:
- Must be a U. S. Citizen.
- Required to obtain/ maintain a Secret Clearance.
- 25% or less of travel may be required.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications:
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Experience in NAVFAC Supply Chain Management operations. 2) Compile and report metric findings. 3) Clearly communicate verbally and in writing. 4) Interpret existing cooperate guidance and procedures.
GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Experience in NAVFAC Supply Chain Management operations. 2) Analyze and interpret complex metrics. 3) Clearly communicate verbally and in writing. 4) Develop policy and procedures for enterprise use processes for Supply Chain Management; and 5) Developing, Documenting, training and ensuring efficient and effective Supply Chain Management process.
