Description:

Navarro Pecan Holdings, LLC is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant

In Corsicana, TX. Responsibilities will include accounts payable, accounts

Receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, data entry, correspondence with

Customer, vendors and employees. The Accounting Assistant reports to the

CFO and upper management and will work collaboratively with office staff.

Navarro Pecan Holdings, LLC is a privately held Company and has been in

Business since 1977. Navarro has been a leading manufacturer of shelled

Pecans in North America. Navarro Pecan is an ingredient supplier to the

Bakery, snack, ice cream, confectionary and cereal industry all around the world.

Requirements:

*Knowledge of Bookkeeping, Payroll reports and processing, accounts

Payable and receivables.

*Data Entry to specific programs for Navarro Pecan plus Excel

*Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to

Multitask efficiently.

*Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Both oral and written)

*Ability to receive direction well in a fast- paced environment

*Hands on accounting experience preferred.

*HR experience preferred and a plus.

Responsibilities:

*Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including

Communications with vendors and customers.

*Assist with HR duties

*Other administrative duties as assigned.

*Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus

*Position may require to work some overtime on occasion

*3 plus year experience in similar position a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.14 - $23.00 per hour
