Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support across HR Delivery Services, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and assigning incoming HR Service Delivery tickets
Performing employment verifications
Processing Personnel Action Forms (PAF)
Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Qualifications:
Healthcare or hospital experience preferred
Strong administrative skills (both phone and in-person communication)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic HR knowledge
Salary : $40 - $45
