What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager / Estimator position at Nebraska Door & Window, LLC?
Nebraska Door and Window LLC is looking to add to our team and is need of a individual to perform estimates from blueprints and manage commercial Glazing projects. The goal for this position is to have the individual manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Generating take offs from supplied blueprints
- Gather quotes from our vendors
- Put bid together for our customers
- Put together submittal package for customers
- Put orders together for projects
- Making sure projects run smoothly and on schedule by using company resources accordingly
- All Work will take place at our office this is not a position that will allow you to work remotely.
Qualifications
- The candidate for this position will need to have a construction management degree or is in the process of obtaining one.
