Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receives/ Ships Service Department parts
- Maintains stock part inventory
- Helps to manage RMA/ DOA part exchanges
- Deploys parts to designated areas/people
- Disposes of products vendors have deemed non-returnable
- Maintains parts ticket queue
- Manages stock and deployments
Additional Duties:
- Assist with break/fix
- Maintains a neat and orderly parts room
