Job Summary
We seek a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have experience with phone systems and administrative tasks.
Duties
Takes calls and answers questions from customer support
Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls
Monitoring the delivery of calls to different locations
Keeping accurate logs of visitors and calls, and maintaining filing systems and databases for the Customer Support Team
Communicate with internal team members or clients and understand the needs of customers
Administrative skills to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system for the Customer Support Team
Following all policies and procedures
Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Schedule:
