What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Accountant position at New York State Fence Company Inc?
New York State Fence Inc. is looking for a Construction Accountant who would be responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other office management duties.
Essential Functions
- Perform accounting and all other administrating functions
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense review, and human resources
- Assist in contract entry, monitoring, and reporting
- Assist in preparing bids and bidding schedules
- Assist in payroll including certified payrolls
- Perform all other related duties and special projects required
Qualification
- 2 year degree in accounting preferred, or 1 - 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
