Overview:
As a Service Receptionist in our Business Development Call Center, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in for service-related inquiries. This role involves handling inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, making outbound calls to remind customers of routine maintenance, and following up with customers who have previously declined services to see if they are now interested in scheduling. The position offers bonus opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound Service Calls: Answer incoming service-related calls, assisting customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and directing calls to the appropriate department as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring they are aware of available time slots and services.
- Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to customers for routine maintenance reminders and to follow up on services they may have declined in the past to see if they would like to schedule.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention by addressing any service needs or concerns.
- Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership’s system.
- Professional Communication: Handle all interactions with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective service scheduling.
- Performance and Bonus Incentives: Be motivated to meet and exceed targets for outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up, with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both on the phone and in writing.

- Prior Experience in Customer Service or Call Center (preferred): Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Prior Experience in Reynolds and Reynolds (a plus): Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds systems is a plus.
- Previous Dealership Experience (a plus): Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive products, specifications, and industry trends can be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, especially in the automotive sector, can be a plus.
- Bonus Structure: This position offers the opportunity for bonuses based on outbound call success and appointment scheduling.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
