We are seeking a Project Management Intern to assist in project coordination, documentation, and process improvement. It is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop practical skills in project support and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management tasks, including planning, cost tracking, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Research and introduce tools and methodologies to improve resource allocation, project tracking, and risk management.
- Collaborate with the Project Support Team to analyze workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline project operations.
Hard Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
- Experience with MS Project is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communication skills in both English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience in project coordination and process optimization.
- Exposure to best practices in project tracking and resource management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
