Field Supervisor

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team! This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can accurately measure jobs and oversee projects of all sizes from start to finish. If you have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in the field, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Accurately measure and assess job sites
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project timelines
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards
• Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in field supervision, woodworking, or construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
• Excellent measuring and job-site assessment skills
• Proactive attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
