SS Staffing Services, LLC DBA NCD operates 8 licensed cannabis dispensaries in the state of Arizona. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to kick start their career in administration and customer service.

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception and breakroom area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, etc
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage conference room schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist other departments with tasks as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Work Location: Tempe Corporate Office
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, some weekends required.
