Scheduling Coordinator
The scheduling coordinator plays a valuable support role for NJA Remodeling in helping internal and external customers with meeting their project goals, and expectations. The goal for this position is to schedule installations in a timely manner for both the customers as well as the company. The scheduling coordinator adds value to the goals and vision of the company, which is to differentiate ourselves from other companies, and provide the best in class service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required to handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate with customers as needed during scheduling with a professional and positive attitude.
- Communicate issues to counterparts and escalate to management
- Attend all departmental meetings and contribute topics for discussion
- Provide superior internal/external customer service to every customer every time by using relationship building techniques and proper phone / email etiquette
- Use business system application to process, update and enter customer orders and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- May be assigned special projects/assignments as the need arises.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure clarity
- Must possess good typing and basic computer skills
- Self-starter who is able to work independently initiating projects and ideas
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
- Team player
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues
- Customer service background is a plus
Work Environment Criteria
- Role is office based
- Must be able to work with a team
- Sitting and standing, with ability to lift up to 20lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
