- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with education administration processes and tools, particularly Ellucian, is a plus.
- Strong recruiting skills with the ability to attract diverse student populations.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with large groups.
- Background in academic advising or counseling is advantageous.
