We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations for a premier, global hedge fund in NYC. As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Investor Relations, you will be a key player in managing and streamlining executive operations. Your role will involve providing high-level administrative support, managing communication with investors, coordinating key meetings and events, and assisting with various investor relations activities.
***Qualified candidates MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the ASSET MANAGEMENT industry***
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the Head of Investor Relations’ schedule, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize and respond as needed, and ensure timely follow-up.
Investor Relations Coordination:
- Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings, quarterly reports, and investor presentations.
- Maintain and organize investor contact databases and track engagement metrics.
- Address investor inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and related events.
- Manage logistics such as venue selection, scheduling, catering, and attendee communications.
- Create and distribute agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Confidentiality and Integrity:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all operational and investor-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 5-15 years of experience as an executive assistant for investor relations executives or teams within the financial services space.
- Familiarity with investor relations and financial terminology.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $120,000 - 140,000
