We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA Services strives to hire exceptional, innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us. We are currently seeking a full life cycle recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be a partner to hiring managers and help develop and execute

sourcing strategies to identify top talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and collaborate with team members across the organization. Position Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support and lead recruiting efforts for funded and proposal opportunities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position/program requirements and develop staffing strategies to ensure hiring needs are met
• Drive the hiring process - engage with hiring managers keeping them informed and advising them throughout the process
• Collaborate with team members, hiring managers and various partners to the talent acquisition organization
• Effectively utilize Applicant Tracking System to document and process sourced talent
• Ability to work independently
• Utilize various sourcing channels and professional networks to attract qualified candidates and develop a candidate pipeline
• Full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources role
• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Human Resources management or other related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of OFCCP regulations
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
