We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity / IT Infrastructure to join our team Remote based in the United States (US).

Summary:
The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in cyber security and technical program management and at least 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A integration or separation programs.


Job Description:

• Build, maintain, and drive project plan.
• Build and promote project scope, reports, and other project artifacts as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend core documentation and artifacts to be built for program, workstream, and project level use.
• Execute development and publication of program documentation, processes, and reporting.
• Re-plan project timelines, scope, and major milestones with dependencies in collaboration with wider CIS Integration team and IT PMO/IMO.
• Lead matrix teams across multiple geographies.
• explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• It is specifically requested and desired that your SME voice be heard.

• 10 years' experience in Cyber Security and Technical Program Management.
• 5 years' experience managing large-scale M&A Integration or Separation Programs.
• Must have a proven track record of successful Information Security consolidation projects.
• Must have a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Components.
• Experience in Cloud Migration and hybrid Infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing complex, Global Technology Transformation Programs.
• Experience and knowledge of IT Security, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SailPoint considered an asset.
• Candidates must be able to work PST hours.
• Degree in Business or Management or IT related field, or equivalent work-related experience.
  

• Strategic thinker with ability to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management and synergy analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences
• Advanced project and program management capabilities.
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

About NTT DATA:
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this Remote role is $55.00 - $62.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
