Med Spa Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Med Spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Med Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, managing staff, and optimizing the overall guest experience while maintaining high standards of service.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Manage staff schedules and shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement effective sales strategies to promote spa services and products.
• Foster a positive work environment through strong leadership and team-building initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address concerns and enhance service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining records of spa activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
• Provide excellent basic esthetic serves when needed. Leading by example.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and administrative processes.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a retail or service context.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing within the wellness industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.

Pay: $46,637.00 - $50,569.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
