nuuds is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Manager, this entry-level role will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our online business, especially in the realms of content management, catalog maintenance, and operational optimization.

\n- Manage and oversee site catalogs, taking full responsibility for assortment information and product page setup across various platforms.
- Execute both scheduled and spontaneous website updates to bolster product introductions, marketing efforts, and unique projects such as special sales and preorders.
- Partner with internal teams to accumulate product data, samples, and assets promptly for product release.
- Stage, test, and deploy website amendments, including visuals, graphics, and text, in alignment with campaigns, projects, and weekly updates.
- Analyze customer interactions to offer insights and feedback to cross-disciplinary teams including marketing, merchandising, design, and operations.
- Ensure quality assurance for both desktop and mobile platforms, pinpointing and rectifying potential issues.
- Oversee project management and ensure timely and effective delivery of all website content directives.
- Lend support for occasional reporting, testing strategies, and unique projects.
- Relevant E-Commerce or Retail experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or Klaviyo is a bonus.
- The capacity to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with superior multitasking and prioritization skills.
- A proactive approach to task management across different departments.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- An organized nature combined with a sharp eye for details.
