Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to all guests
- Perform preliminary machines for eye exams
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the front desk area
-Scheduling patients, obtaining authorizations for insurances and filing claims
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
