Plant Operations Admin Assistant Position Summary
This position is to manage and coordinate activities of construction, general or technical project controls and activities. The incumbent will oversee client relations, bidding, ordering materials, and other related duties. Performs various administrative functions, including but not limited to: Work Orders: Inputs & distributes member and departmental work order requests using TELS to the appropriate plant operations department.
Plant Operations Admin Assistant Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
Certification in a relevant performance improvement or project management methodology, preferred.
Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experienced with finance and accounting skills with regards to the oversight of a departmental budget.
Proven ability to collaboratively develop, articulate and execute effective strategy.
This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.
All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check
and Drug Screening.
Salary : $49,500 - $62,700
