Spa Front Desk Receptionist

Oasis Face Bar is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Associate to join our Rocky River team! Friday - Sunday shifts available, averaging 15 - 18 hours a week.

At Oasis, we've reinvented the spa experience with our open-concept facial bar. Unlike any spa you've been in, expect a relaxing yet upbeat, hip atmosphere with a touch of loft-like coziness. Each service is only 30 minutes and can be customized with a number of add-ons.

We are looking to hire a Part Time FRONT DESK SUPPORT:

Job Description:
As a Front Desk Support Associate at Oasis Face Bar, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter our facial bar. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and reception area while delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the spa.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments and manage the shop's booking system efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about our facial treatments, services, and packages to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
• Assist with facial prep and clean-up
• Collaborate with estheticians and other staff members to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Capture social media content (videos and pictures of services, clients and staff while in the shop)

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
